**Sensitive information refers to the following information

  • Medical, health, personal and family history
  • Criminal history, facts of criminal offenses
  • Family origins, legal residence
  • Other personal information that requires special consideration in order to avoid unfair discrimination, prejudice or other disadvantage to the individual.

(Limitation of Disclosure to Third Parties)
As a matter of principle, we will not disclose customers’ personal information to third parties except with the customer’s consent or in accordance with laws and regulations. (Risk Assumption)

The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for any negative consequences, damages, or losses arising from the collection, use, or storage of private information, including but not limited to, breaches of privacy, security incidents, or violations of applicable laws or regulations. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages incurred by the site visitor or the user or any third party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
